Orthotics

Custom fitted orthotics for those who need foot correction. The human foot is made up of 28 bones held together by muscles, ligaments and tendons. Orthotics are corrective inserts placed in the shoe in order to support or correct the function of the foot. It is common for the foot to roll inwards as it loses its arch, causing a condition known as pronation.

This leads to imbalances in the lower limbs and back and subsequently throws them out of alignment . Aches and pains may be experienced including knee, hip and low back pain and can even create problems along the spine.
