Your First Visit

During your first visit we will run through your medical history including the problem you are currently seeking help with.

We will need to know:

- How did the injury/ pain occur?
- Where does it hurt?
- What aggravates it?
- Who has treated it in the past?

A medical history check will help us identify the root cause of your current condition, or assist us in formulating the best treatment method. Safety tests will be carried out, followed by a full biomechanical, orthopedic and neurological examination which will determine the diagnosis and the course of action required to treat your condition. X-rays and/ or scans might be required to help with the diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis has been reached, your treatment can commence.

We will explain the course of action required and how long it will generally take to get better.
